Refund Policy |

If you, our Client, require a refund for unused weeks of Service, then you need only to email us to that effect, following which, within seven days of your request for the refund being made, we will instruct our bank to make the appropriate payment to you.
To ensure that your refund can be dealt with quickly, your request for a refund must comply with the following:
- it must be sent to us at admin@predictawin.com,
- it must be emailed from the email address you registered with us for payment purposes,
- it must identify your User Name, and
- it must provide full details of the bank account to which a bank-to-bank transfer could be sent to you (including account name, account number, bank's name, bank's address and bank sort code).
The value of any such refund shall be calculated by reference to the subscription amount you last paid us and the value of the number of weeks that have elapsed up to the week in which you requested the refund. The value attaching to each elapsed week shall be calculated strictly pro rata to the subscription amount that you would have paid us for that shorter period of Service.
The following demonstrates how the refund will be calculated where you had paid a subscription for 40 weeks and requested a refund after 15 weeks had elapsed:

For the purposes of calculating the amount of any refund due, a new week of Services shall be deemed to commence on a Monday, after midnight GMT on the immediately preceding Sunday.
Additionally, should we fail to provide Services in any given week for any reason whatsoever (whether due to server failure or any other reason) where suitable matches for selection were readily available, then for each such week of unprovided Services we will thereafter provide all Clients with an extra week of Services in addition to a further week of Services for the lost week, and which will be valid for carrying forward into the next season if need be.
Notwithstanding the above, if within seven days of paying your subscription you decide that you wish to cancel, then in compliance with The Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund you in full upon your emailed request to admin@predictawin.com, notifying us of your User Name, subscription payment details and bank details (including account name, account number, bank's name, bank's address and bank sort code).
