Refund Policy

To Subscribed Members:

Notwithstanding the 7 days stipulation contained in The Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations, if at any time within 28 days of paying your first 2 months' subscription you decide that you wish to permanently cancel your subscription, then we undertake to refund you in full within 7 days upon your emailed request to admin@predictawin.com, notifying us of your:

  1. decision to cancel your subscription (sent from the email address you registered with us for payment purposes),
  2. User Name,
  3. subscription payment details, and
  4. bank details (including your account name, your account number and your bank's name, address and sort/swift code).

The above is intended as an additional safeguard to newly subscribed members and in no way limits or attempts to limit the rights of such members under The Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations.

You are at liberty to cancel your subscription payment for the following month and all subsequent months at any point prior to making payment for the following month. No further payment of any sort will then be due from or taken from you.

Should we fail to provide Services to you through our website in any given week for any reason whatsoever where suitable matches for selection were readily available (whether due to server failure or any other reason), then for each such actual week of unprovided Services we will refund you £2 (which is more than twice the cost of our weekly subscription charge) upon your emailed request to us to do so, and in which email you must clearly state the alleged circumstances of our failure, including the date(s) involved.
